Mr. Kevin A. Castillo started working inside the Law Firm of Messrs. W. H. Courtenay & Company, the oldest Law Firm in Belize, in 1982 and established himself as an auctioneer in 1989. He is the most experienced and reputable auctioneer in Belize and is serving most of the major financial institutions in Belize.
Belize Property Auctions is a prevailing practice that is constantly on the move to showcase properties all over the country. Our office is located in Belize City. We, the Auctioneers, advertise properties and other chattels to be sold by public auction or private treaty. Belize Property Auctions has been operating by serving most of the major financial institutions in the country of Belize.

The prevailing practice is to advertise properties for sale by public auction for a minimum of two publications in at least two local newspapers after which a sale is held. Sellers must provide properties with free and clear title or sellers must provide all information on charges existing on the title of the property being sold including their authority to so sell and other details to complete the transfer of sold property.
